Sea-to-Summit Reactor Sleeping Bag Liner - Worth the money?

Many people want a little extra warmth from their sleeping bag and Sea-to-Summit offers this liner with an advertised 25 degrees of added warmth. Coming in at $70 though I'm not sure it's worth the money.
