Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos
Full recipe at: https://www.rei.com/blog/camp/....camp-recipe-cilantro

With a light and bright marinade, these cilantro lime chicken tacos offer a blast of summertime flavor.

The easiest way to put some zip into your grilled chicken is by using a citrus-based marinade. Not only does a citrus marinade provide bright acidic notes to your meal, but they go to work quickly and are usually ready in about an hour. This is perfect for people, like us, who frequently forgot to start the marinade until it’s nearly dinner time!

When the traditional methods of coping with trauma don’t work, what options do you have left? Brandon Kuehn, an Iraq War veteran, believes the best way to face a range of trauma is to reach for literal, physical summits- and he isn’t alone. Outdoor therapy is a hugely growing field that is proving to help people like Brandon who struggle with post-traumatic stress disorder. Constant Thought is an intimate portrayal of Brandon and his attempt to walk the 2,650 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail. It also underscores how stress, of any kind, can be soothed by both using and preserving the lands Brandon fought to protect.

2 Friends, 4,700 miles, 1 mission: Pick up trash! The short film, 'Leave It Better' documents Seth Orme and Abby Taylor’s bike ride across America. Their route took them from Georgia to Washington State, including a circuit of stops at National Forests, scenic areas, campgrounds, etc., hosting trash cleanups and conservation-theme clinics as they rode.

For 5 months, their goal was to explore the country, meet people, spread the word on 'Packing It Out,' and continue their message of environmental stewardship. At each destination, whether alone or with a group, Orme and Taylor cleaned up trash, totaling more than 2,100 pounds over the course of the trip.

Hailing from New Orlean's Louisiana Will Robinson, enlisted in the US Army at age 22. At the time, serving was his life line, a way out of trouble. After 5 years of service in Iraq Will was discharged with injuries sustained to both knees a fused wrist and severe PTSD, deeming him unsuited for service. "I returned broken." He admits.

Upon retuning home, Will felt completely isolated and hopeless. After 12 years of suffering; alcohol abuse, medication and therapists Will finally broke the cycle. " At times I contemplated grabbing a hand gun and pulling the trigger, if I didn't do something drastic, it wasn't going to go much further." He explains.

That's when Will took up hiking, and began on the Pacific Crest Trail in 2016. Since then, he hasn't stopped walking. This summer he finished the Appalachian trail, walking a cumulative 3,800 miles on his road to recovery. Up next, The Continental Divide Trail spanning 3,100 miles between Mexico and Canada. His goal is to heal and promote healing and thru hiking for anyone else who's suffered the effects of emotional and physical trauma.
