Today we are coming to you with the new video comparison of two self-standing 2 person tents from different price categories. One tent would be really cheap – Quechua MH100 this one. And one on a more expensive side – MSR Elixir 2. They have similar weight and dimensions and we wanted to explore what would be the major differences. So the MSR tent we bought just recently as an upgrade for our backpacking trips. And this Quechua tent we’ve had almost for two years now and it was used mostly by our family members when they were coming to visit us and we stayed in the campgrounds. Ngoài việc cần biết tư thế đúng trong chạy bộ thì hít thở đúng cũng rất quan trọng mà người chạy nắm rõ. Mục tiêu của hít thở khi chạy bộ là hít thở khí O2, thở ra khí CO2, từ đó giúp tăng sức bền, tăng niềm vui cho người chạy khi tập luyện và tránh các nguy cơ chấn thương.

Bác sĩ Nguyễn Khoa Bình - Vinmec Nha Trang cho biết khi tiếp đất cùng lúc với nhịp thở ra thì chân tiếp đất sẽ chịu nhiều lực hơn so với khi hít vào. Khi người chạy bộ hít thở vào nhịp chẵn thì chỉ có một chân tiếp đất rơi vào đúng nhịp thở ra. Do đó, người tập nên chọn nhịp hít thở là nhịp lẻ. Ví dụ khi chạy nhịp chậm, người chạy nên hít vào với 3 nhịp chân và thở ra với 2 nhịp chân.

Vậy khi chạy bộ, người tập nên “hít thở bằng mũi hay miệng?”

Theo bác sĩ Nguyễn Khoa Bình, hít thở bằng mũi hay miệng tùy thuộc vào mức độ chạy và kinh nghiệm chạy của mỗi người. Nếu hít thở bằng miệng thì không khí không được làm sạch, làm ấm, đủ ấm. Tuy nhiên, khi chạy với cường độ cao, cơ thể người chạy bắt buộc sẽ phải thở bằng cả đường miệng và mũi.

Ngoài ra, người tập cũng cần lưu ý hít thở sâu bằng bụng, cơ hoành khi chạy bộ.
