Bruce and I spent 2 nights in the wilderness for a very wet hammock camp in the rain. I took 2 hammocks: @OneTigris KOMPOUND and@Warbonnet Outdoors Blackbird XLC. Tried them one night each. Also had my @Enlightened Equipment Revelation top quilt and my @Outdoor Vitals under quilt. Oh and I almost set fire to the entire camp when my Trangia 27 fell over and the fuel split everywhere. Big flames.

I started to carve a new Kuksa. While it was drying in my shed it cracked. I've since had some great advice from friends on Instagram to help avoid cracking in the future. So I started a new carving on this trip. I didn't film the first part as it was pretty much the same as the last video.
I've been testing some new camping kit. A game changer for our camping set up is the PowerOak EB150 1500wh Power Station and the Dometic CDF26 Fridge. Along with the 'Apple like' build quality of the Olight Perun Head Torch.
As we continue to refine the set up ready for longer trips, power and refrigeration are crucial to making life as easy as possible. It's holiday enjoyment and camping comfort we're aiming for with our Jimny build so while I'm obviously a kit junkie these items especially can make a big difference. Long term they are worth the investment.

A: The Jimny is a Japanese car and I am an admirer of Japanese culture. I get a lot of viewers from Japan and am inspired and influenced by Japanese camping and bushcraft youtubers.
Q: Why are you carving a Kuksa like that?
A: I'm not a skilled wood carver. This is now my third attempt at making a Kuksa. It's a fun camping pastime to help relax. I'm still learning.
Q: Why don't you show more off roading in the Jimny?
A: The Jimny is a tool for me to get to camp in a simple, lightweight set up that offers good comfort. I don't do a lot of off-roading. There are many other channels to see what a Jimny is capable of on YouTube.

Đặc biệt chú ý với người bị thừa cân, béo phì, có bệnh lý tim mạch hay có người thân bị đột tử ở tuổi trẻ và trung niên. Nếu áp lực tập luyện quá sức có thể gây lên bệnh nhồi máu cơ tim, đột quỵ.
Nếu khi tập luyện mà bạn chưa biết về bệnh lý sẵn có, chưa có sự tư vấn bởi các bác sĩ thì có thể làm ảnh hưởng tới sức khỏe, nghiêm trọng hơn có thể dẫn tới tử vong.
- Đối với bệnh tăng huyết áp, nếu huyết áp chưa được kiểm soát tốt, nếu cường độ tập luyện quá mức thì sẽ làm cho huyết áp tăng lên cao, quá cao, đột ngột. Từ đó dẫn tới vỡ động mạch não gây ra bệnh xuất huyết não, đột quỵ.
- Đối với những người có bệnh lý nền nhưng chưa có biểu hiện, đến khi phát hiện ra bệnh thì đã đến tình trạng bệnh nặng ví dụ xuất huyết não, nhồi máu cơ tim... Đáng chú ý là tuổi phát bệnh này ngày càng trẻ hóa, vì vậy những người trẻ không nên chủ quan với bệnh lý này.
Vì vậy, trước khi tập luyện thể dục thể thao, cần có sự hướng dẫn của bác sĩ. Thời gian đầu có thể là đi bộ và tăng dần cường độ 10% hàng tuần. Chúng ta nên chọn luyện tập vào thời gian buổi chiều khoảng từ 3h-6h, đặc biệt phù hợp với những đối tượng có nguy cơ về tim mạch.

Tin Can Van is a 1997 Suzuki super carry, very similar to the Bedford Rascal. I use the van as a camper and it has a fold up bed in the back. You would be surprised how much space there is inside these tiny vans!
This is our 30 year old, recently acquired baby campervan! It's badged a Vauxhall Rascal, but in essence it's a re-badged Bedford Rascal. We enjoyed the tour and hope you do too, and we really look forward to using it 👍
