Adidas Stan Smith is a legendary model of tennis shoe, which has existed since the sixties of the last century.

Stan Smith is an American tennis player, who was active between the end of the 1960s and the beginning of the 1980s. Adidas approached him to endorse the so-called Haillet shoe in 1973.

Because the fakes use thinner materials, they have a weaker structure with a looser build. same projected line translated on the fakes I will also use the photo from the heel bump comparison to highlight a banana-shaped fake.

Ingredients
• 3 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp grated parmesan
• ¼ cup breadcrumbs
• ¼ cup flour
• 3 cups milk
• 2 cups elbow macaroni
• ½ tsp dry mustard
• 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice (we used cheddar)
• 2 jalepeños (or to taste)
• Hot sauce to taste (we used Sriracha)
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and parmesan.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter. Remove one tsp and stir into breadcrumb mixture.
3. Once butter is melted, whisk in flour and milk. Add pasta and cook according to package
directions until al dente.
4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in mustard, cheese, jalepeños, salt, and pepper. Top with
breadcrumb mixture and hot sauce.

I went to a tiny state park! This last summer I spent the night at Washington’s smallest recreational State Park. We all know of the big National Parks - Yosemite at 759,630 acres, Yellowstone with 2.2 million acres – but what about our little state parks? At just ONE acre in size, and only accessible by human-powered watercraft, I discovered Posey Island and decided to visit this tiny State Park to see what made it worthy of a protected status. 2 Friends, 4,700 miles, 1 mission: Pick up trash! The short film, 'Leave It Better' documents Seth Orme and Abby Taylor’s bike ride across America. Their route took them from Georgia to Washington State, including a circuit of stops at National Forests, scenic areas, campgrounds, etc., hosting trash cleanups and conservation-theme clinics as they rode.

For 5 months, their goal was to explore the country, meet people, spread the word on 'Packing It Out,' and continue their message of environmental stewardship. At each destination, whether alone or with a group, Orme and Taylor cleaned up trash, totaling more than 2,100 pounds over the course of the trip.
