Tin Can Van is a 1997 Suzuki super carry, very similar to the Bedford Rascal. I use the van as a camper and it has a fold up bed in the back. You would be surprised how much space there is inside these tiny vans!

Đặc biệt khi chạy bạn chú trọng tới nhịp thở. Giữ nhịp thở ổn định giúp cơ thể vững vàng và dẻo dai hơn, tránh tình trạng mới chạy được vài bước đã “hết hơi”

Chú ý về thời gian tập luyện, tập quá ít và mức cường độ thấp thì sẽ không mang đến nhiều hiệu quả như mong đợi. Tuy nhiên, nếu tập luyện quá sức sẽ gây hại cho sức khỏe. Đối với những người có tiền sử bệnh lý hoặc thừa cân nên được tư vấn của bác sĩ để tránh hoạt động quá mức, tác động xấu đến cơ thể.

Và quan trọng nhất, để việc chạy bộ đạt được hiệu quả tối đa bạn cần có sự kiên trì. Nếu bạn nhanh chóng cảm thấy chán nản chỉ sau vài ngày và từ bỏ việc rèn luyện, nó sẽ chả có tác dụng gì hết.

If the sunglasses are real and not fake they’ll feature the model number, colour, lens and frame size as well as the manufacturing country on the sunglasses' arms as well as on the box.

Open the box and look at the case. This can be a dead giveaway. Real Oakley sunglasses come in a premium quality hard case or soft pouch, usually with a logo. Genuine Prada sunglasses are sold with a black microfibre cloth and a perfectly centred Prada logo. The lettering is distinct, evenly spaced and straight. Is the case missing or emblazoned with dodgy lettering? That’s one way to know if sunglasses are fake.

Whatever the brand, the lenses on designer shades should be of superior quality. On classic Ray-Bans they’re made from glass. But even if the sunglass lenses are lighter, try them on and look at the sun. You can usually tell by comparing them with a good pair of sunglasses as the lens should soften the light but retain clarity. If the sun feels harsh on your eyes, put them back.

The "Shadow" style of the Celine 41026/S Sunglasses are made with gradient lenses that appear nearly half tinted. However, its impossible to find knockoffs that are made with the half-tint.
