I tried to do an entire backpacking trip for $200 or less! Over the course of ten years working in the outdoor industry, I’ve had access to affordable, high-quality gear and been able to test and ask questions from the experts around me before choosing to buy. I’m so grateful for this experience, but I know that for many people, backpacking and hiking can be quite an investment. I challenged myself to start from square one, acquire all my backpacking gear and take a trip - all for under $200! If you have an REI near you where you can rent gear, I highly recommend that. $200 is enough to take an amazing backpacking trip with great gear if you have access to REI rentals, but for this challenge I decided to see how far I could get without renting anything. Kế Hoạch Chinh Phục “5Km Chạy Bộ” Cho Người Mới Bắt Đầu | Yêu Chạy Bộ
Chạy bộ trong quãng đường 5 km đủ để có tác động tích cực đến cơ thể: tốt cho tim mạch, giảm nguy cơ đái tháo đường, giúp lưu thông máu, giảm stress
Đó là kết quả của một số nghiên cứu trong lĩnh vực y học thể thao. Con số 5 km này rất quan trọng, nó là tiền đề để bạn có thể chạy được xa hơn sau khi đã hình thành thói quen chạy bộ, coi chạy bộ như là một nhu cầu hay sở thích chứ không phải là một cực hình. Bảng kế hoạch giúp bạn chạy bộ liên tục được 5 km dưới đây dựa trên việc giả sử bạn không gặp bất cứ vấn đề gì về sức khỏe, trọng lượng không quá khổ. Nếu bạn quá nặng cân hay sức khỏe không đảm bảo, bạn cần hỏi ý kiến bác sĩ để có lời khuyên phù hợp.
Điều đầu tiên bạn cần là sự quyết tâm. Bạn hãy ghi lại hoặc in lịch biểu và dán bất cứ chỗ nào (tủ lạnh, cửa ra vào, bàn làm việc…) dễ đập vào mắt bạn và người khác. Khi chưa đủ chống lại sự lười nhác và có muốn vàn lí do để trì hoãn, bạn cần có người giám sát, thúc giục và khích lệ.
Về cơ bản, kế hoạch tập chạy 5 km giúp bạn tiếp cận với chạy đường dài (đối với những người mới tập chạy thì 5 km có thể xem là dài) một cách đơn giản nhất có thể. Chương trình tập luyện có sự đan xen giữa đi bộ và chạy, kéo dài thời gian đôi chân vận động, di chuyển trên mặt đất (nếu tập ở ngoài trời). Đôi chân cũng như cơ thể dần thích nghi với những sự thay đổi chuyển từ chế độ đi bộ nhiều hơn chạy sang chế độ chạy nhiều hơn đi bộ. Đối với người mới bắt đầu, bạn cần biết rằng thói quen khởi động là phần quan trọng nhất trong quá trình đào tạo của bạn.

Trước khi vào bài tập chạy, bạn cần khởi động nhẹ bằng cách đi bộ chậm rãi và giãn cơ sau khi chạy. Không thành công nào đến dễ dàng mà không phải đổ mồ hôi, bạn không cần phải quá vội vàng. Hãy kiên nhẫn và chạy bộ sẽ giúp bạn dần “ngộ” ra điều này.
Nhớ uống đủ nước cho cơ thể sau khi chạy.
Những ngày nghỉ, bạn có thể tập các môn thể thao khác mà bạn thích: bơi, đạp xe, gym… Chúc bạn thành công!
