❤Trải nghiệm chèo Sub trên sông Hương❤️
Chào các bạn hôm nay mình lại tiếp tục giới thiệu một địa điểm giải trí mới kết hợp thư giãn và thể thao ngắm cảnh luôn nhé.
Thực ra hội sub trên sông Hương cũng đã hoạt động lâu rồi. Mình đã trải nghiệm lần thứ 3 nhưng vẫn rất mê. Và sẽ tiếp tục vì có quá nhiều lý do.

1. Được ngắm sông Hương lúc bình minh hoặc hoàng và cảnh hoàng hôn cũng như 2 bên bờ sông Hương tuyệt đẹp (bạn nào giống mình thì có thể chụp choẹt các kiểu mà ko cần phải chỉnh sửa gì luôn vì quá đẹp 😘)
2. Được thả hồn trên sông nằm trên sub lắng nghe âm thanh của nước, nhẹ nhàng, mát mẻ. Bạn có thể tắm giữa dòng nước trong lành mà ko đông đúc cảm giác rất thư giãn (mặc dù biết bơi nhưng có mang áo phao nha 😂)
3. Trang thiết bị như thuyền sub, áo phao, túi đựng đồ chống nước được chuẩn bị sẵn và có các bạn nhân viên hướng dẫn nhiệt tình mình thì tự chèo được nên chỉ việc leo lên và đi thôi 😋
4. Giảm stress sau những ngày làm việc mình được vận động như chèo thuyền 🚣🏻‍♀️ nóng người xong lại được bơi 🏊‍♀️ giữa dòng nước trong lành nên cảm giác rất tuyệt vời, thư giãn.

Chuẩn bị gì khi đi?
1. Đồ bơi hoặc đồ thể thao mát hoặc mặc đồ thoải mái.
2. Ko đem nhiều đồ dùng cá nhân theo ( mình chỉ đem điện thoại để dẹo, kính mát, mũ và bỏ trong túi chống nước)
3. 1 ít nước uống hoặc bánh ăn nhẹ lỡ vận động nhiều đói 😂
Thời gian:
Sáng: 5h15-9h
Chiều: 16h-18h30
Mình đi tầm 5h15 đến trước 7h là khá mát rồi nhé 😋

Adidas Continental 80 replica versus a genuine shoe comparison.


Adidas Originals is set to drop its archival Continental 80 silhouette as part of its “YUNG Series,” which will also see the YUNG-1 in “Chalk White/Collegiate Navy” release. The silhouette — originally released in the late 1980s — is arguably best known for its similarity to the YEEZY Powerphase sneaker.

The new release will see a one-for-one reproduction of the original sneaker, with a white upper offset by a two-tone running along the upper. The sneaker is constructed from premium leather, with a terry cloth lining and a double cupsole. The latest installment in the “YUNG Series” — including the Continental 80 reissue — is set to release worldwide on June 20.

What really makes the success of the adidas Continental 80 so impressive is the fact that it released around the same time that big, bulky dad-shoe type sneakers were all the rave. Brand’s weren’t really focused on releasing sleek, slim and smooth-looking kicks. The chunky dad shoe trend was in full effect and so was the “bigger is better” mentality. For the adidas Continental 80 to be able to find success during these times just goes to show what kind of an impact the shoe had when it came to placing the focus back on to minimalist sneakers. The adidas Continental 80 is the definition of a trendsetter. When all the sneakers were going right, the Continental 80 opted to go left.

The design of the adidas Continental 80 is the epitome of minimal and versatile footwear. A soft leather upper equipped with details such as the perforated hits on the toebox and side panels. Branding simply consisted of a two-tone stripe going across the side of the shoe underneath a classic Trofoil-branded window right below the lace panels. Inside you will find terry cloth lining while the base of the shoe came equipped with a double cupsole. That’s it. The shoe was so simple and clean that not only sneakerheads were impressed by it, but so was the common man since it was so easy to add to your daily wardrobe.


Capturing the retro tennis court vibes of the 80s, the adidas Continental is now revived and available at 80s Casual Classics in all its former OG glory. The Continental is re-released with all white tumbled leather uppers alongside the iconic two tone stripes of the original late 80s design. Other features include French terry cotton to the inner collar as well as an added EVA insert to the midsole for added comfort. The trainer is offered up in a clean all white colourway and finished off with the all important trefoil branding to the tongue and sides for the ultimate retro sportswear look.
